RETURN POLICY


Defective Item returns

Defective items can be to us with a Return Authorization (RMA) only. A Return Authorization is issued subject to each manufacturer's repair or replacement policy. Call our customer service at 1-800-889-8765 to request RMA#. Packages received without RMA# will not be accepted and will be refused.

 

Non-defective Item returns

Nnon-defective items can be within 7 days from the date of receipt with out restocking fee.

Returns received after 7 days from the date of receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns received after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted and will be refused.

No return on Special Order Items. Such items will be disclose to customer prior shipping of such orders.

Please call 800-889-8765 to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) .  Any items return without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping charges are no refundable.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items will not be accepted and will be refused.
