We offer interchange pass though pricing plan with low mark-up to all our merchants since 2006. Merchants who on interchange pass through pricing plan are automatically receive the lower debit rates mandated in the Durbin Amendment. You do not need to take any action on your part with Blue Jay Payment Systems to get rate reduction.
